If you’re not happy with VCam Studio, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We may deactivate the licence key once the refund is issued.
How to ask
Email support@vcamstudio.example with your order number (from your Paddle receipt) or the email you used to buy, and we’ll arrange the refund through Paddle. You can also request one directly from Paddle via the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which are not affected.
